Our returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, until you ship out your return unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return for store credit, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. Once your return is delivered to us, we will inspect the condition of your return, and send you an email to notify you that we've received your item/that it has been approved or rejected.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for any type of accessories (jewelry, hats, shoes) final sale items.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately final sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged. Final sale are items 50% off or more.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
